Once we agree on basic terms we then start the project by planning out the elements and finalizing the budget needed to beautifully construct your renovation - something that you will be proud of for years and that brings great value to your property. For over years in the trade, I have deep relationships in the Lane County community with suppliers and 3rd party vendors that we can source if needed. Most importantly, I set a realistic budget and a time roadmap that matches your needs. I take great pride in sticking by my word. In pre-planning, I organize the materials and labor as needed and set a firm construction schedule. We start with demolition or setting in place the base structure for the project. Once all the prep work is done we dive into  construction making sure that all building elements are of the highest quality and to grade. My team and I can do it all:  from installing heated floors, building out and plastering walls to resting doorways  and restoring windows in preparation for the tiling and fixture installation stages. I am a master craftsman tiler with years of experience and take on even the most challenging jobs no matter the level of detail or high end finish needed.
